Stage 1 : Prequalification

Background

The University of Sydney has provided annual flu vaccination services to staff for over 10 years. The program runs from March to July, offering vaccinations via onsite clinics at metropolitan and regional campuses, as well as pharmacy vouchers and reimbursement options for self-procured vaccinations.

Scope of Services

• Annual pre-vaccination promotion campaigns
• Supply and maintenance of a secure online booking system
• Onsite delivery of annual flu vaccinations for staff, including post-vaccination follow-up care
• Offsite delivery via redeemable pharmacy vouchers for staff Australia-wide
• Supplier Pre-qualification Process

This is a two-stage process:

1. Expression of Interest (EOI): Suppliers respond to the pre-qualification questions below.

2. Invitation to Tender: Suppliers meeting the University's pre-requisite requirements will be invited to participate in the formal tender process. Detailed requirements, response guidelines, and timelines will be provided only to pre-qualified suppliers.
