Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced cleaning contractors to provide cleaning services for Council’s direct managed facilities. Successful contractors will be included on a Panel of Contractors for the supply of Cleaning Services to Wellington Shire Council for a three-year period with the option of three one year extension periods.
Tenderers may elect to submit pricing for only one site, or a combination of sites as detailed in the site list below.
Cleaning services will be required at the following sites in accordance with the Contract specification and pricing schedules.
- Desailly Street Corporate Headquarters, 18-26 Desailly Street Sale;
- Wellington Centre, 70 Foster Street Sale;
- The Wedge Performing Arts Centre, 100 Foster Street Sale;
- Aqua Energy, 1 Brayakoloong Close Sale;
- Gippsland Regional Sports Complex, 116 Cobains Road Sale;
- Nakunbalook Centre, Montgomery Street Sale;
- Sale Oval, MacArthur Street Sale;
- Sale Depot, 2A Finegan Court Sale;
- Rosedale Community Centre, 8 Cansick Street Rosedale;
- Heyfield Library, 42 MacFarlane Street Heyfield;
- Maffra Library, 150 Johnson Street Maffra;
- Maffra Depot, 90 Landy Street Maffra;
- Stratford Hub, 70 Tyers Street Stratford;
- Yarram Hub, 156 Grant Street Yarram;
- Yarram Depot, 14 Livingstone Road Yarram;
- Stephenson’s Park, Guthridge Parade, Sale.
