Cumberland City Council currently utilises Mimecast as its email security platform. The existing contract is scheduled to conclude in FY 2025/26.

Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to provide a cloud-based email security platform, that uses artificial intelligence and machine-based learning to detect and prevent email attacks by analysing human behaviour to identify deviations from a user’s normal patterns.

Contract: Service Level Agreement - Software as A Service

Contract period: Three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year period
