Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to fulfil Contract 25-26-15 – 2025-26 Road Rehabilitation Program.

The Contract will include the reconstruction of existing sealed roads, sealing, reforming of roadside drains and culvert installation, linemarking, installation of RPMs, installation of guideposts as required as discussed in these tender documents.

Sites include:

• Alexandersons Rd, Locksley (approx. area to be treated – 10,378 m2)
• Euroa-Strathbogie Rd, Strathbogie (approx. area to be treated – 6,540 m2)
• Ruffy-Terip Rd, Ruffy (approx. area to be treated – 11,782 m2)

A detailed description of the works required is referenced in the Specification document. The Contract Works include the provision of all necessary labour, equipment, plant, tools, freight, cartage, handling, and cost of all ground support of whatever description requisite to complete the work described in this Contract and detailed in the Specification together with all minor and incidental work necessary for the completion and maintenance though not mentioned therein.

Contract Term is for 3months after signing of Contract and Practical Completion must be completed by 31st March 2026.

It is Strathbogie Shire Council's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated.

All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.

You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.

Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.

We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection.
