Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking tenders from qualified and capable contractors to undertake the Greensborough War Memorial Park Improvements at 203 Henry Street, Greensborough, 3088 ‘Greensborough War Memorial Park’ (Melway reference: Map 20, H2)

Scope:

The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to the following:

  •  Traffic management
  •  Environment management
  •  Secure site and protect all existing features
  •  Setting out all works
  •  Demolition works and proper disposal
  •  Earthwork
  •  Construction of new memorial site
  •  Electrical works
  •  Drainage works
  •  Landscaping works
  •  Irrigation works
  •  Relocation of existing cenotaph
  •  Make good existing memorial site
  •  As-builts and handover documentations.

In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions.
