Tender Description
Casey City Council is seeking Tenders in response to this Request for Tender from experienced and suitably qualified tenderers to provide the Services described in the Tender Specification.
Casey City Council invites suitable tenderers to undertake the delivery of Casey North Community Information & Support Services (CISS) Relocation & Renewal Works. The project is located at Site A: 65 Tristania St, Doveton VIC 3177, Site B: 52-54 Webb St, Narre Warren VIC 3805.
The scope of works include:
- Relocation and fit out of the portable
- Redesign and fit out of the Casey Youth Hub building
- IT / phones
- Directional signage
- Fence between the Casey Youth Hub and Youth Information
- Centre
- Landscaping
Please be advised that onsite tender briefing/s will be held on Thursday 24 July 2025 during the following times:
Site A: 10:00 am to 10:30 am AEST 65 Tristania St, Doveton VIC 3177 and;
Site B: 10:30 am to 11:00 am AEST 52-54 Webb St, Narre Warren VIC 3805.
