The Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors to construct the extension of Seddon Reserve Pavilion, 99 Green St, Ivanhoe, VIC 3079.

The project's objective is to extend the existing pavilion to allow for female-friendly changerooms.

The scope of works generally includes, but is not limited to, construction activities involving:

•  Mobilisation and site establishment.
•  Set out of works.
•  All works as per design drawings.
•  Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with all Council and statutory safety requirements.
•  Tree protection fencing.
•  Arborist onsite inspection of tree root cutting as required during excavation.
•  Liaison with authorities as required.
•  Location and protection of any underground and above-ground services in the works area.
•  Site clean-up.
•  Warranties and 12 Month DLP.
•  O&M Manuals, As Built and handover documentation.
•  NOTE council has lodged applications with Telstra and NBN to relocate existing comms pit and will be responsible for fees however contractor will need to liaise with them regarding onsite works.

In addition to the above, there will be a site visit on Thursday 24th of July at 10am for contractors to assess the site conditions.
