Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking to appoint a skilled builder/contractor with extensive expertise in restoring historic buildings to deliver the Kangaroo Ground Restoration Works.

Works include but are not limited to:

  • Timber Landings
  • Stormwater Drainage
  • External Conservation Works

Council aims to preserve the historical integrity of the Kangaroo Ground site while ensuring its structural and aesthetic enhancement.
