Tender Description
All Council's in Victoria are required to have a Municipal Building Surveyor (MBS) under the Building Act 1993 (Vic). The MBS is required to be appointed by Council to fulfil building related legislative requirements.
A Council may also have a Deputy MBS who can also fulfil the delegated function of the MBS.
Campaspe Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the MBS function and provide suitable arrangements to maintain the legislative requirements of the MBS on an ongoing basis.
