The City of Boroondara (CoB) has launched a multi-year program called Transforming Boroondara. This program aims to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery.
The program focuses on 3 key areas: redesigning processes, changing the operating model, and introducing new technologies. These changes will make Council services more efficient by enabling digital self-service, replacing inefficient processes and outdated systems, and fostering a more responsive and customer-centric approach.
