Overview
Airservices Australia is seeking a provider for an Enterprise AI Broker Platform, an enterprise grade, centrally governed AI workspace that consolidates conversational AI, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, tool integration, and operational observability into a single platform accessible to authorised staff. The platform is intended to act as the organisation's "AI front door", replacing fragmented, unmanaged AI tool usage with a secure, auditable, and scalable capability.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of a centrally governed AI workspace consolidating conversational AI, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, tool integration, and operational observability into a single platform
- Support for multi-model orchestration, routing requests to the most suitable foundation model based on task characteristics
- Integration with corporate systems via governed connectors
- Provision of administrator visibility of usage, cost, behaviour, and compliance
