Tenders are invited ) is to engage a skilled, experienced, and certified Service provider/s to provide the following services:

• Supply and installation of Parking Machines;
• Supply and installation of in-ground vehicle detection sensors or vehicle induction loops, or cameras to provide occupancy data for planning, and Wayfinding signs and apps
• Occupancy and Wayfinding signage
• Mobile Licence Plate Recognition system;
• Ongoing maintenance service for Parking Machines and Parking Sensors;
• Pay-by-Phone Parking App service, including signage;
• Parking and other Local Law Enforcement apps and services;
• A data integration hub to consolidate transaction information from disparate systems, facilitating data exchange and reporting.

CN may choose to award contracts to multiple Service Providers.

The envisaged contract period will be 3 years with 2 x 2-year option periods to extend, subject to service provider performance and operational needs. Pursuant to the tender outcome, Council may accept several submissions and engage multiple service providers to provide services on an as-required and/or programmed basis in line with operational requirements.
