Momentum Energy is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide UX and UI services to Momentum Energy which is located in Melbourne.

The services will focus on the customer experience and website conversion improvement.

Specification

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to communicate Momentum Energy’s (“Momentum”) requirements and provide relevant information to enable Proponents to propose a solution that best fits Momentum’s requirements.

The intention is to enter into a contract for a three year term to provide UX and UI consultancy services to Momentum.

The requirements for the solution included in this Request for Proposal are deliberately broad. Momentum recognises that there may be several different ways in which their requirements could be met, and therefore does not wish to place limitations on the scope of a solution or to restrict proposals to any particular technologies or approaches. This is to encourage Proponents to propose innovative solutions that they think will best meet Momentum’s needs. We invite your recommendations and suggestions.

The expected outcomes from this procurement process are to:

• understand the timeframes, effort and costs required for the delivery of the solution;

• identify any value added services that the Proponent may be able to offer to Momentum;

• select a suitably qualified and experienced vendor to partner with Momentum to fully develop and implement the solution that will best meet our requirements; and

• ensure the selected vendor can meet Momentum’s future requirements from a commercial, operational, and regulatory perspective.
