This opportunity is for the provision of MSP Procurement Support Services, covering a review of current managed services arrangements and the development of tender-related documentation to support an upcoming MSP and MSSP procurement process.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Reviewing current MSP and other vendor support arrangements
- Detailing the scope of services by running stakeholder workshops, capturing service definitions for MSP and MSSP services, and defining transition requirements
- Creating a statement of requirements
- Developing RFQ related external and internal artefacts, including an evaluation plan, tender evaluation criteria/methodology and scoring sheet, service level compliance documentation, transition document(s), a pricing form, MSP response form, and draft contract for MSP and MSSP services
- Developing a transition plan and associated artefacts
