Tender Details
Tender Description
The purpose of this project is to facilitate a “shower and power” site for use by the Euroa community during extended power outages and other emergencies.
Strathbogie Shire Council has been awarded a grant under the Ausnet Community Resilience Grants scheme. The grant funds are intended to install a 160 kVA diesel powered generator at the Euroa BP service station site located at 31 Tarcombe Street, Euroa (“the site”).
Whilst Strathbogie Shire Council is the project manager it is not intended that the shire will own the equipment or be responsible for its upkeep. For this reason, a legally binding agreement will be drawn up between Strathbogie Shire Council and the proprietor of the site to ensure that the public is provided access to the site during extended power outages and other emergencies.
The Contractor is invited to Tender on all requirements and works as set out in the Specification document and associated documents located under the Documents TAB for this project.
Tenders can be only lodged online through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.
It is Strathbogie Shire Council's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.
