Euroa Lawn Tennis Club Lighting Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The Euroa Lawn Tennis Club is in Strathbogie Shire, north-east Victoria in the regional township of Euroa. The Club’s existing lighting system, now more than 30 years old, is in urgent need of replacement. A recent audit determined that the current lighting is non-compliant with AS2560 and fails the required LUX levels on all courts bys a significant margin. Placing limitations on training, competition scheduling, and the club’s ability to meet growing community demand. Compounding the issue, the globe system in use has been discontinued, meaning replacement globes are no longer available. Once the existing globes fail, the system will be rendered inoperable.

Upgraded LED lighting will support participation growth, player and spectator safety, and ensure the club can continue to deliver quality programs that support the future development of tennis in Euroa.

Strathbogie Shire seeks suitable Contractors to provide all labour, supervision, plant, equipment, materials, design services, testing, certifications, approvals, and incidentals necessary to complete the works in accordance with the Contract, approved drawings, specifications, and all applicable standards and statutory requirements.

Strathbogie Shire Council advises that failure to supply a schedule of rates price in Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated.

All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.

You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the 'Response' tab.

Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.

We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection.
