Tender Description
Northern Victoria Institute of Technical and Further Education (NVITAFE, also known as GOTAFE and Wodonga Institute of TAFE) are seeking submissions from suitably qualified, licensed, and experienced suppliers for the provision of electrical services. The panel will support the delivery of preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency and repairs across our facilities.
Suppliers appointed to the panel will be engaged on an as-required basis and must meet minimum mandatory requirements. All works must be undertaken in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, Codes, and Regulations, and to the satisfaction of the Contract Manager.
Panel members will be selected based on their ability to meet defined criteria and deliver consistent, high-quality services throughout the term of the arrangement.
Separable Parts
This Invitation invites suppliers to submit an Offer for one or more separable parts of the scope of work. The scope of works has been divided into distinct portions (Separable Parts) as follows:
1. Separable Part A – Wodonga Region
2. Separable Part B – Wangaratta Region
3. Separable Part C – Shepparton Region
4. Separable Part D – Seymour Region
Suppliers may submit Offers for one, multiple or all Separable Parts as outlined in the Invitation. Suppliers should note that:
• Each Separable Part will be evaluated independently based on its own merit.
• NVITAFE reserves the right to award some, all or none of the Separable Parts to any Invitee.
• Submission of an Offer does not guarantee award of any or all Separable Parts.
• NVITAFE may award different Separable Parts to different suppliers depending on the evaluation outcome.
Suppliers must clearly indicate which Separable Part(s) they are submitting an Offer for in their submission.
