Tender Description

SOHT is seeking an Expression of Interest from suitably experienced, competent and skilled organisations to provide the IT Service Management Tools described in the Scope of Works.

Project goals

To renew the cloud-based customer service and IT service management (ITSM) platform to helps Sydney Opera House manage customer and internal support interactions.

Scope

The purpose of the EOI is to understand the breadth of offerings for IT Service Management (ITSM) Tools. While a long list of requirements have been spcified, tenderers responses should consider what the solution may be able to offer the Sydney Opera House beyond what has been specified.
