Nillumbik Shire Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2425-028 for the provision of Panton Hill Tennis Courts Resurfacing and Drainage Works.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Works.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 April 2025 with an intended practical completion date of 31 December 2025.

This project is for the resurfacing and refurbishment of courts 1 & 2 at Panton Hill Tennis Courts at 35 Rodger Road, Panton Hill.

The works include but are not limited to;

• The removal and disposal of the existing surface, including tree removal

• Excavation of base material as highlighted in attached plans

• Releveling and repair of court base where required

• Supply and installation of new acrylic playing surface

• Associated drainage

• Renewal of surrounding fencing

• Remediation of all disturbed areas

Works are expected to commence April 2025 and be completed by 31 December 2025.

A preliminary works schedule must be submitted as part of the tender submission.
