Tender Description
Council is seeking Quotes for construction of the upgrade to the Petrie Park Playground at 12-28 Mountain View Road, Montmorency 3094.
The scope of works is detailed in the appendices however an overview of the project works include but is not limited to:
• Site mobilisation and management
• Demolition and offsite disposal of materials and equipment
• Earthworks
• Construction of landscaping and playground works
• Drainage works
• Site demobilsation, clean up and rehabilitation
• Liaison with and onsite management of Rotary Club and enabling works to salvage existing play equipment
• Liaison with and onsite management of council engaged artist
• Pickup of council supplied materials, logs etc.
• An ANZAC Day event is planned for the park on Friday 25 April 2025, therefore works must be complete by 18 April 2025
In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions.
