Tender Description
The project involves new irrigation, minor resurfacing and related works at Balcombe Park Oval, including ancillary infrastructure and recycled water-ready irrigation.
The existing sportsground used by junior soccer and cricket clubs has exceeded its design life due to overuse, soil compaction and lack of working irrigation and stormwater drainage.
Construction is planned to commence after the 2026 soccer season in October 2026 and be completed no later than March 2027, followed by a 16-week establishment and maintenance period through to the 2027 Cricket season.
