The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the supply of materials, labour and construction of new athletics facilities and associated works.
The primary objective for this construction project is to provide new athletics facilities for the resident sporting club and improve the safety and access to the reserve with new fencing and an access shock pad.
The scope of works in this contract includes the following:
*Site Establishment including provision of site management plans
*Upgrades to athletic discuss cages, shot put area
*Umpires/timekeeper pad and provision of concrete rails for the high jump cover
*Supply and install a shock pad to the existing oval, including synthetic grass
*Fencing improvements
*Site reinstatement
*As built documentation
All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Schedule of Attachments.
