Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
KEY SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The Contractor must, at a minimum possess the following key skills, attributes and qualifications:
- A comprehensive understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Qualifications or suitable experience in graphic design (specifically in improving digital user experiences).
- Experience in social media engagement / marketing to support audience engagement, network development and growth.
- An understanding of the latest professional development technologies (forums, blogs, professional networks, ‘gaming for learning’, simulation, virtual / augmented reality).
- Experience with the suite of software within ‘Adobe Creative Cloud’.
- Qualifications or suitable experience in website maintenance.
- Experience in podcast production, hosting and publishing via currently available platforms.
The ideal Contractor would also have some / all of the following:
- Experience working within the Defence environment, including an understanding of the Defence Web Manual (WEBMAN) and Defence policy on the use of social media.
- Experience in a professional development / education
- Multi-media experience (proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator / Video Editing).
- Ability for key staff that regularly interact with PME Cell (customer-facing) to undergo Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) vetting and receive PROTECTED-level clearance as a Defence Contractor.
