Tender Description
This project involves the renovation and refurbishment of the reception foyer within the Brooklyn Red Building located at the Brooklyn Pumping Station site. The primary objective is to create a fit-for-purpose lunchroom space for the staff based at the Brooklyn Depot. Additionally, the project includes the relocation of the existing IT Hub Desk to a more suitable location within the foyer.
The scope of supply, fabrication, inspection and testing is detailed in the following sections of this document. All items within the scope are to be supplied in accordance with any Technical Specifications, Appendices and Reference Documents listed in this document unless otherwise stated. This shall include but will not be limited to supply of materials and consumables, fabrication, inspection and testing as identified in this specification.
The Subcontractor shall have responsibility for all aspects of the work within the scope, and will ensure all requirements are applied to any third-parties involved in the delivery of the scope.
