Tender Description
North Sydney Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced cafe &/or gelato store operators to lease cafe &/or gelato bar space within the heritage listed North Sydney Olympic Pool (NSOP). Applicants are invited to respond to one or both lease opportunities.
Applications should include proposed business plans, rentals, details of previous experience and financial position, along with proposed fit-out plan and business references. Details of the lease opportunities, draft leases and floor plans, are included in the EOI documentation.
Please note: applicants are invited to submit an EOI response to only the cafe lease OR only the gelato bar lease OR both leases. Any EOI responses for both the cafe and gelato bar leases must be presented separately, with the understanding that when submitting a future tender response for both leases only one may be awarded.
The tenderer is required to meet all deliverables of the specifications.
