Schedule of Rates, Panel of Suppliers Contract

Strathbogie Shire seeks tender submission from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to form a Panel of Suppliers for our Roads Maintenance and Drainage services.

Services required are:

• Line Marking
• Street Sweeping
• Minor Patching of sealed roads and stabilization
• Underground Drainage and Maintenance
• Traffic Management
• Road Signs

Contract term is 3 years.

 Tenderers are advised that Schedules for this tender will be required to be completed via online forms only. Strathbogie Shire DOES NOT ACCEPT late or emailed tender submissions. Tenderers are advised that this tender process includes online schedules (forms and word documents), which may take 1-2 hours to complete.

Tenderers to provide their Schedule of Rates and to specify which of the services they wish to be considered for in the Pricing Schedule 7 (Item 9)

Prices quoted are to be INCLUSIVE of GST. Tenderers are encouraged to check tendered pricing, as NO changes to tendered pricing will be accepted after tender closing date.

A Contract is provided for Tenderers to view. Tenderers wanting Contract exclusions must request these via online Schedule 9.2 as part of their tender submission. If no exclusions or changes to contract provisions have been requested, it is assumed that tenderers have accepted Contract provisions. Strathbogie Shire will not negotiate Contract provisions after award has occurred.

Strathbogie Shire works within Procurement Best Practice guidelines. All questions MUST be directed in writing through the online portal. Please do not ring the Council, as we are unable to discuss formal tenders or quotations while open.

Tenders can be only lodged on line through the portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire no longer accepts hardcopy formal Quotations or Tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire's policy that Questions close 3 days prior to tender closing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to specify which services they wish to be considered for, and provide a schedule of rates (to be entered in schedule 7), will result in your tender not being evaluated.

All Tender/Quotation Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated. You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarize yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.

Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.

We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Strathbogie Shire Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.

All communications regarding the submission must be via the Tendersearch using the Questions tab.
