Tender Description
Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract.
Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time.
Late tender submissions will not be accepted.
The scope of works in this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following:
*Replacement of the old Brick Paving and asphalt footpath with decorative concrete paving.
*Upgraded stormwater drainage pits and shop drainage.
*New street furniture
All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Schedule of Attachments, Drawings K6665
The primary objective for this construction project is to provide a high standard of public streetscape, whilst minimising the impact of construction activity on surrounding traders and the general public using this area.
