The Kingston City Council (KCC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the reconstruction of the oval at Southern Road Reserve. This will include drainage, irrigation, and new Santa ana couch.
The scope of works for this contract includes but is not limited to the following:

* Construction Site Setup
* Setting out. Locating all underground services.
* Demolition Work.
* Retaining and protecting existing assets.
* Earthworks
* Installation of Sportsground infrastructure
* Subsurface Drainage System
* Irrigation System
* Surface works and Turfing
* Establishment of Turf
* Project Close out
