Tender Description
Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified contractor for the provision of cleaning and basic maintenance services on Council assets. These facilities include buildings, public toilets, and barbeques. The cleanliness of Council assets is critical to public perceptions and staff satisfaction.
Council expects high standards to be always maintained by the cleaning contractor. The assessed performance of this contract is task orientated and should meet that of the contract specification.
