Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking to engage an experienced contractor in seawall and foreshore construction to upgrade the Altona Beach entry and esplanade. The project has 2 stages commencing stage 1 in June 2024.

Companies wishing to tender for 2023.47 must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  1. Seawall and forshore construction experience in the last 5 years.
  2. Attend the site visit (detailed in Part A)
  3. Contractor must have the capacity to commence Stage 1 works in June 2024 with practical completion by December 2024
