Panel to supply engineering consultancy services.
Contracted through a schedule of rates, and, or firm price for specific projects where applicable.
Services to be provided by the Contractors/Engineering Services which may include the following, but is not limited to:
Civil design - Structural and geotechnical engineering services - Project management for civil construction and civil engineering - Preparation of technical specifications - Cost and Schedule control - Quantity Surveyor services - Quality Assurance - Regulatory approvals - Completions and pre-commissioning activities - Engagement with internal project officers and external stakeholders to progress assigned projects May include, as applicable, contract management for projects, i.e. superintendent, etc. support for project delivery for: - Urban infrastructure and land development work - Public parks and open spaces - Sports fields - Industrial facilities - Roads - Flood and stormwater management - Water infrastructure - Planning - Planning permit referral process (as required – to provide surge capacity) - Provision of strategic infrastructure advice for new growth areas - Representation at Planning Panels Victoria to provide expert evidence on infrastructure matters and planning scheme amendments
