Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified tenderers to complete the proposed works at Lynda Blundell Senior Citzens Centre.

The proposed works include but are not llimited to:

• Upgrade of Accessible Parking Bays

• External Flood Lighting to Accessible Parking Bays & Path of travel (priced separately).

• Installation & upgrade of Pedestrian crossovers ramps

• Installation of a new accessible auto door unit

• Upgrade of the Accessible bathroom to align with the current AS 1428 Access standards.

• Upgrade of Ambulant bathroom signage to align with the current AS 1428 Access standards.
