Tender Description

Hume City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified tenderers to complete the proposed works at Lynda Blundell Senior Citzens Centre.

The proposed works include but are not llimited to:

• Upgrade of Accessible Parking Bays

• External Flood Lighting to Accessible Parking Bays & Path of travel (priced separately).

• Installation & upgrade of Pedestrian crossovers ramps

• Installation of a new accessible auto door unit

• Upgrade of the Accessible bathroom to align with the current AS 1428 Access standards.

• Upgrade of Ambulant bathroom signage to align with the current AS 1428 Access standards.
