The Shire of Mundaring (Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified, experienced and independent consultant (including any sub-consultant services) for various heating, cooling and energy efficiency feasibility projects.

The first works involve undertaking investigation, reporting, recommendations and cost estimates for installation of solar power, battery storage and heat pump pool heating to Bilgoman Pool, with the second priority to be provision of those same services with a view to heating and cooling Darlington and Wooroloo Halls, and the Bruce Douglas Pavilion.

Mandatory site inspections of facilities will be held with a Shire representative on Wednesday, 17 January at 9.00am and respondents are to confirm intention of attendance with Maria Beley on 9290 6637 by no later than Tuesday, 16 January. Failure to attend these Site Inspections will render the Respondent ineligible to submit a Quotation.
