Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Workshop Storage Extension at Beckenham Depot at 49 Bickley Road, Beckenham, WA 6107.
The Work includes but is not limited to the following activities:
• Remove & dispose of existing assets located behind workshop
• Demolition of existing tyre storage structures
• Design & construction of workshop footprint extension, including associated services
Briefing
A briefing session will be held at 49 Bickley Road, Beckenham on 13 May 2026 9:00 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Beckenham Depot. The location of the briefing will be 49 Bickley Road, Beckenham, WA 6107.
