Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) invites suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to submit a tender for the design and construction of the GAP Cairn Road Refurbishment Project.

About

The Project forms part of RWWA's GAP program and supports its commitment to enhancing animal welfare outcomes through the delivery of modern, compliant and fit-for-purpose rehoming facilities.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Design and construction of a new 40-kennel greyhound facility
• Refurbishment and extension of the existing dwelling to establish the future Greyhounds as Pets (GAP) Administration Building
• Provision of design, approvals, construction, commissioning and handover services

Contractor Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in design and construction projects, including the provision of design, approvals, construction, commissioning and handover services
• Respondents will be assessed on their capability, capacity, relevant experience, proposed methodology, and ability to successfully deliver the Project within the required timeframe and contractual requirements

A site visit will be held for this opportunity.
