The City of Bayswater (“the Principal”) is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella.
The Principal is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to develop a detailed design solution and construction documentation for a public pedestrian boardwalk to connect the Urban Forest at Riverside Gardens East with the public open space within Riverside Gardens West (“the Services”).
The Scope of the Services is to include:
i) Development of a detailed design solution for a boardwalk across the Eric Singleton Bird Sanctuary to connect the Urban Forest at Riverside Gardens East with the open space parkland at Riverside Gardens West.
ii) Development of construction specification detail and associated tender documentation to enable the Principal to release an RFT for the construction of the boardwalk.
