Tender Description
The City of Perth is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide design and consultancy services - rewilding Heirisson Island. The selected Consultant will comprise a multidisciplinary consultant team responsible for design and consultancy services through the design and construction phases:
- Phase 1 – Concept Design
- Phase 2 – Detailed Design
- Phase 3 – Tender & Construction Documentation
- Phase 4 – Contract Administration
The project aims to deliver a high quality, contemporary parkland environment through environmental restoration, improved landscape design, and upgrades to essential infrastructure while maintaining the unique natural environment that Heirisson Island is.
For this purpose, the City is seeking tenders from organisations to submit their offers in accordance with the requirement of this RFT.
