Tender Description
Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) invites contractors with extensive experience in sporting pavilion and commercial building construction to tender for the construction of a netball pavilion and associated infrastructure and landscaping at the Horsham City Oval, O’Callaghans Pde, Horsham.
The works to be carried out include, but are not limited to the following:
Site establishment:
- Management and supervision
- Quality, Environmental and OH&S management
- Service locations and protection of utilities
- Set out of works and level control
- Construction and full fit-out of netball pavilion and surrounding landscaping as per drawings and specifications
- Incidental, and associated works
- Provision of all compliance certificates and O&M manuals
- Provision ‘As Built’ drawings.
Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.
Late tenders will not be considered.
Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s Tendering ePortal.
