Tender Description

Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for removal of rubberised stickers that provided direction to the old parking multi-meters in Horsham’s Central Activity District (CAD).

The scope of works includes where necessary the supply and installation of pavers at each location, as detailed in Attachment 02 – Lettering Removal Locations. Replacement 400 x 200 grey-coloured pavers and jagged brick pavers are available from the HRCC depot. The successful contractor will need to supply replacement 400 x 200 terracotta-coloured pavers.

Replacement of pavers is required for the jagged brick pavers and the 400 x 200 pavers as they are tapered. The new jagged brick pavers and 400 x 200 pavers are thicker than the old ones and will require work to match in with the surrounding pavers. The pavers available at the HRCC depot are of the newer variety.

The 200 x 200 pavers and the orange bricks are not tapered and should be suitable to flip over and re-lay after relevelling and compacting the sub-surface.

The quality of works is to conform to Part G: Footpaths of Attachment 04 – HRCC General Infrastructure Specification.

It is anticipated this project will commence Monday, 15 January 2024.

This project must be completed no later than Friday, 23 February 2024.
