Mornington Peninsula Shire invites experienced contractors/firms to tender for the renovation works at the Rye Community House located at 27 Nelson St, Rye VIC 3941.
The project includes a small extension as well as renovation works to both the internal and external areas of the daycare room and the Activity room. Works will include an addition to the existing amenity room, the creation of a sleep zone, a modified storage room, new cabinetry, and associated civil works. Civil works include landscaping works, drainage works, and new fencing.
