Strathbogie Shire Council intends to study the options for development of a renewed civic presence to support administrative functions (including Councillor functions) and outdoor operations to better support the changing community demographic and needs.

This project aims to investigate and assess options to better support contemporary business delivery (better customer service) and deliver detailed options and designs for the following:

• Civic office accommodation to deliver services to the Shire from Euroa and Nagambie
• Outdoor operations delivery either across multiple sites or a single site – Council preference is to centralise all operations in a single operation hub located strategically.
• Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles to minimize the environmental impact of the facility and outdoor areas.

Tenderers are referred to the specification document for full Project Scope requirements.

Tenderers are advised that Schedules for this tender will be required to be completed via online forms only.

Prices quoted are to be INCLUSIVE of GST. Tenderers are encouraged to check tendered pricing, as NO changes to tendered pricing will be accepted after tender closing date.

A Contract is provided for Tenderers to view. Tenderers wanting Contract exclusions must request these via online Schedule 9.2 as part of their tender submission. If no exclusions or changes to contract provisions have been requested, it is assumed that tenderers have accepted Contract provisions. Strathbogie Shire will not negotiate Contract provisions after the award has occurred.

Strathbogie Shire works within Procurement Best Practice guidelines. All questions MUST be directed in writing through the online portal. Please do not ring the Council, as we are unable to discuss formal tenders or quotations while open. Tenderer questions close three days prior to tender close.

Tenders can be only lodged on line through the tendering portal. Please note that Strathbogie Shire no longer accepts hardcopy formal Quotations or Tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire's policy not to accept Quotations or Tenders received after the specified closing time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a LUMP SUM price - including GST, (to be entered in Section 7 of online schedules) will result in your tender not being evaluated.

• All Tender/Quotation Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated. You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Strathbogie Shire Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the submission must be via the tendering portal using the Questions tab.
