Tender Description
Queensland Rail has several truss bridges across northern Queensland with deteriorating protective coating. Whilst planning progresses to fully re-paint these structures, interim localised paint repairs have been prioritised to reduce further deterioration. The Contractor’s scope is to spot paint the bridge in accordance with the Coating Performance Specification for Bridge Repainting. To comply with Queensland Rail Heritage requirements, the spot painting must be colour matched against the current protective coating system on North Johnstone River Bridge. Please refer to the Schedule 2 Scope of Work document for further information.
