Exterior Painting Mt Morgan School of Arts & Library

⁠⁠⁠Rockhampton Regional Council invites written tender submissions for the External Painting of the Mount Morgan School of Arts and Library heritage buildings located at 33 Morgan Street, Mt Morgan.

The Contractor shall supply all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and protection necessary to complete the external painting works in accordance with the specification, relevant Australian Standards, and manufacturer recommendations.

The Contractor and engaged sub-Contractors are required to hold the following, current licensing:

•  Working at Heights
•  Elevated Work Platforms
•  White Card
•  Scaffolding High Risk Work License
