Rockhampton Regional Council is refreshing the Contract for Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for the supply of Trades Services from suitably qualified trades-persons to perform Planned Maintenance Services, Responsive Maintenance Services and Minor Capital Works on Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) sites, comprising Administration Centres, Town Halls, Public Amenities, Depots, Airport and Residential Properties.
Under this contract refresh, new suppliers may submit a Tender to be added to the existing Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Trade Services. If accepted to the register, additional contractors will have the same rights and obligations as the incumbent Pre-Qualified Suppliers.
Suppliers who have already been accepted to the Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers are not required to submit a Tender under this Contract Refresh process, unless tendering for an additional trade.
The Contract will commence on 1 September 2026 and expire 29 February 2028. The parties have the option to extend the agreement by two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each.
Suppliers located within the Rockhampton Regional Council boundaries are encouraged to submit an offer.
