Tender Description
The City of Bayswater is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres northeast of the Perth CBD.
The City has 350 full-time equivalents (headcount of 548 including casuals) across 445 administrative and operational positions, and is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for an appropriately qualified vendor to assist in the implementation of a new Enterprise Asset Management System to replace legacy systems, spreadsheets and manual processes as well as integration to the City's Technology One ERP solution.
As part of this undertaking, the City is in the process of migrating its on-premise Technology One's ERP solution to the cloud as a pre-cursor to a later planned migration to the vendor's CiA solution.
The purpose of this EOI is to determine what potential solutions are available on the current market to meet the City's requirements, and when the market capability has been assessed, the City will crystallise its detailed essential and desirable functional requirements. Shortlisted EOI respondents will then be invited to make a formal tender submission.
