Tender Description
The City of Melville (the "City") is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision, implementation, installation, support and maintenance of a fully integrated parking enforcement technology solution.
The proposed solution (as per Appendix 1) includes:
Component 1: Cloud-based Infringement Management System (IMS);
Component 2: Mobile Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) systems;
Component 3: Rapidly deployable kerbside LPR technology
Component 4: Fixed Licence Plate Recognition – Parking Stations systems;
Component 5: In-ground parking sensor technology.
The City is seeking a modern, secure and scalable solutions capable of supporting real-time monitoring, infringement management, enforcement activities, parking analytics and integration with existing and future enterprise systems, including Pathway, Salesforce and other operational platforms.
Suppliers may submit for one or multiple components of the specification and must demonstrate compliance with all applicable legislative, technical, operational and integration requirements outlined within the Request for Tender documentation.
The City reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to award all components to a single supplier, award individual components to different suppliers, award only selected components, or not award any component. Additionally, The City does not guarantee that any minimum quantity, value, volume of work, purchase commitment will result from this Request for Tender.
