You are invited to make a submission for this proposed Contract. The City of Canning (the Principal) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to supply, implement, and support a Software as a Service (SaaS) Leisure Management System (LMS) for its two major leisure facilities, Riverton & Cannington Leisureplex.
The LMS will provide an integrated digital platform to support the management and delivery of leisure services across both facilities. The system is expected to support key operational functions, including but not limited to membership management, customer relationship management, program and class bookings, facility hire and scheduling, point of sale transactions, reporting and online customer services.
The City is seeking a solution that is widely adopted within the leisure and recreation industry and capable of supporting current operational requirements while providing flexibility to support future service growth and digital service delivery initiatives.
One Contractor will be appointed to fulfil the requirements.
The Contract shall be in force commencing on the date of award (start date) and expiring five (5) years from the date of Go Live (end date). The Principal reserves the right for three (3) extensions to the period of the Contract by a further one (1) year from the End Date of the Initial five (5) year period to a maximum total of eight (8) years.
All electronic submissions files shall be clearly named with the Tender Number as stated above and the Tenderer's Name; and lodged by the specified time and date.
Any Respondent found to have canvassed City of Canning officers or elected members will be disqualified from the tender process.
