The Bureau of Metoerology is seeking SME services focused on development and implementation of an Aeronautical Meteorological Observing (AMO) competency framework for KMS.

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:
· Proof of attainment of a Basic Instruction Package for Meteorological Technicians (BIP-MT), as defined by the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO) guidelines WMO-No. 1083.
· 10+ years of experience in weather observing in a range of locations (urban and remote).
· Previous experience establishing new observation stations in urban and remote locations and delivering training to weather observing staff.
· Knowledge and expertise in the provision of Aeronautical Meteorological Observations.
· Previous experience evaluating, communicating, and ensuring compliance of aerodrome weather observations with the requirements and provisions for aviation meteorological services under Civil Aviation Regulation 120 (CAR120).
Ability to travel to Kiribati to deliver face to face training
