ACTCS is committed to ensuring detainees at the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC) have access to education and training programs to support detainees to effectively reintegrate when returning into the community.
The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course was previously delivered to detainees at the AMC. It is imperative that ACTCS continues to deliver this training course to detainees. The course equips program participants with skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell, promote, serve or supply alcohol, and apply RSA management practices. These competencies enhance detainees’ readiness for employment across a range of industries following their release.
