South Gippsland Water is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Contractors to undertake the construction of a new trade waste pipeline to service the Burra Foods dairy factory in Korumburra.

Works include the construction of approximately 742m of OD180 HDPE and approximately 136m of OD225 HDPE effluent transfer mains by a combination of trenched and trenchless construction techniques.

The scope of work also includes:

- Construction of 2 No. offset air valves

- Construction of an odour control filter unit

- Construction of a pump out point

The majority of the works are located within South Gippsland Shire Council road reserves.

A tender briefing session is being held for prospective tenderers on Thursday, 29th June 2023. Interested parties are requested to meet onsite at 2 Stuart Street, Korumburra at 10:00am.
